Production Coordinator cum QC Executive Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 1–4 years**

Should be able to Speak English / communicate with our Cochin HQ Merchandiser

About Suits India

Suits India is a premium custom clothing brand serving B2B and B2C customers across the USA. We specialize in made-to-measure suits, jackets, trousers, and shirts. Our production is outsourced to a partner factory in Noida, and we require an on-ground representative to coordinate production, ensure quality standards, and act as the liaison between our Cochin HQ and the Noida unit.

Role Overview

This is a multi-functional role requiring strong communication, garment knowledge, and coordination skills. The candidate will be responsible for:

✔ Managing orders from Pattern to final dispatch ✔ Coordinating with production teams daily ✔ Ensuring quality control at every stage ✔ Tracking timelines and ensuring on-time delivery ✔ Managing measurement sheets, patterns, and trims ✔ Ensuring Suits India’s quality standards are maintained consistently

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a tailoring, export house, buying office, or garment manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities1. Merchandising & Order Coordination

• Receive style files, measurement sheets, trims, fabric details from Suits India HQ.
• Create production sheets and ensure all details are fully understood by the sampling and production teams.
• Follow up on approvals for:
• Sample
• Swatches
• Linings, buttons, trims
• Patterns
• Maintain order tracker, delivery schedule, and production workflow.

2. Production Management

• Coordinate daily with pattern master, cutters, tailors, and finishing staff.
• Ensure proper allocation of workload and adherence to timelines.
• Maintain daily WIP (Work-in-Progress) reports for each order.
• Anticipate delays and proactively escalate issues to management.

3. Quality Control

• Conduct QC at multiple stages:
• After cutting
• During stitching
• Final finishing + measurements
• Check:
• Measurement accuracy
• Fit consistency
• Stitch quality
• Button placement
• Pocket & lapel accuracy
• Lining quality
• Pressing & final appearance
• Reject and rework defective garments before dispatch.

4. Communication & Reporting

• Act as the single point of contact between Suits India HQ (Cochin) and the Noida factory team.
• Do Merchandising activity for our fabrics and accessories, HQ will supply all, Just need to co ordinate
• Share daily progress photos, videos, QC images.
• Maintain call logs and production feedback sheets.
• Report delays, risks, bottlenecks in advance.

5. Logistics Support

• Ensure proper packing of suits, shirts, garments as per Suits India standards.
• Coordinate with courier partners or shipping teams for dispatch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years experience in garment manufacturing, menswear production, or merchandising.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Tailoring (jackets, trousers, shirts preferred)
• Fabrics (especially suiting/shirting)
• Patterns
• Measurements
• Good communication skills (Hindi + English).
• Ability to negotiate, coordinate, and manage multiple departments.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets handling.
• Strong attention to detail — especially in QC.

Working Hours
