Production Coordinator

As a Production Coordinator at DNEG, your role is crucial in aiding the smooth running of high-end animated feature film projects. You will support the production and supervision team by ensuring accurate and efficient flow of information. Your responsibilities include coordinating the schedule of work for artists, relaying information back to the team, and facilitating the exchange of information and elements between artists and departments. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure artists understand their work schedule and tasks - Coordinate the flow of information between artists and production/supervision team - Maintain databases with current element and shot statuses - Coordinate dailies and take detailed notes - Manage the flow of materials to and from the client Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Production Coordinator - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Experience working with databases, preferably Shotgun - Knowledge of FTP software - Diploma or equivalent education - Aptitude for learning new software In addition to the must-have qualifications, it is nice to have knowledge of animation terminology and environment, HTML/Wiki skills, and Filemaker knowledge.
