Job Summary:

We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to assist in planning, scheduling, and executing production activities at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between departments, timely delivery of materials, and accurate tracking of production progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production schedules based on work orders and deadlines
• Communicate with departments (stores, QA, dispatch, design) to ensure materials and information flow smoothly
• Monitor production timelines, identify delays, and assist in resolving bottlenecks
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
• Assist in manpower planning and shift allocation based on workload
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards on the shop floor
• Follow up with suppliers/subcontractors for materials or outsourced components
• Support the Production Manager in data analysis and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
