Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within the designated regions for product offerings, including Natural Marble, Terrazzo, and Porcelain Surfaces. The RSM will manage key client relationships, oversee business development activities, and lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence. This role involves collaborating with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Builders, and Channel Partners to influence product selection, secure specifications, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: oDevelop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and drive growth across the assigned region for Natural Marble, Terrazzo, and Porcelain Surfaces. oCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to create tailored promotional campaigns, pricing models, and marketing strategies that align with regional objectives. oDrive the sales process from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring effective follow-up, negotiation, and closing of deals. oProvide ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of market demands. Client Relationship & Account Management: oDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners in the region. oOversee and manage the full lifecycle of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. oAddress client concerns or issues promptly, offering high-quality support and solutions to enhance customer retention. Team Management & Leadership: oLead and manage a team of Sales Executives (SEs) across the region, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to help meet individual and team sales targets. oEnsure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and product knowledge to effectively present offerings to clients. oFoster a high-performance culture within the team and provide regular performance reviews, feedback, and development plans. Business Development & Market Expansion: oIdentify and capitalize on new business opportunities and markets to grow regional presence and portfolio. oWork closely with channel partners to increase product specifications and drive sales within new and existing markets. oCultivate and nurture relationships with industry influencers to strengthen position as a market leader. Revenue & Financial Management: oManage regional sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and the achievement of revenue targets. oMonitor financial performance, sales forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability and growth. Sales Support & Client Retention: oOversee pre-installation guidance and post-installation services to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction. oUse client feedback to initiate corrective actions and improve service offerings. oMonitor sales and product performance, making data-driven decisions to strengthen customer relationships and improve retention. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: oContinuously track regional market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to adapt and refine sales tactics. oProactively leverage insights to influence strategic direction and optimize product positioning in the market.
