Position: Production Coordinator
Location: Indore
CTC: ₹16,000 (₹15,300 In-Hand – Fixed)
Gender Preference: Female candidates only
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Freshers welcome)
About the Role:
We are looking for a female Production Coordinator who has strong academic knowledge of chemicals and is willing to work on the production floor (90% of the time), overseeing day-to-day production operations.
Key Requirements:
Freshers with B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry
Must be able to technically read and understand chemical compositions
Should be professional, responsible, and attentive to detail
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Willingness to be on the production floor for most of the workday
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate production activities on the shop floorMonitor chemical processes and ensure SOP adherenceMaintain daily production records and reportsCommunicate with the lab and quality team as neededEnsure safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the production area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
