Production Coordinator

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to manage the smooth flow of production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely planning, coordination, and execution of production activities while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production schedules, work orders, and raw material availability.
• Track production progress and update status reports daily.
• Ensure materials, tools, and resources are available as per production needs.
• Communicate effectively with the production team, vendors, and logistics.
• Assist in maintaining quality checks and ensure compliance with safety norms.
• Address delays or bottlenecks by escalating issues and offering solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with inventory, procurement, and quality departments for smooth workflow.
• Monitor labor allocation and ensure timely job allocation and task completion.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Fresher/Minimum 1 year Experience in production department in manufacturing sector is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production tracking tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,529.97 - ₹18,659.34 per month
