Urgent Requirement........... Job Title: Production Assistant Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support the production team in daily operations. The Production Assistant will be responsible for coordinating activities, maintaining schedules, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting in the overall production process. Key Responsibilities: Assist the production manager and team with day-to-day operations. Maintain production schedules and update progress reports. Coordinate with various departments (procurement, quality, warehouse, etc.) to ensure timely availability of materials. Monitor production processes and report any issues or delays. Prepare and maintain production-related documentation and records. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards. Assist in inventory management and material handling. Support in conducting inspections and ensuring quality control at different stages. Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and reporting. Skills and Qualifications: BE Mechanical Candidates with Fabrication Knowledge Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of production processes and quality standards. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Work Environment: Based in a manufacturing/production unit. May require working in shifts depending on production schedules. Involves coordination with multiple departments.
