Production Assistant

Role Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Video Producer’s Assistant to support our Creative Producer in day-to-day activities across film, digital, and media projects. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or fresher with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn the inner workings of content creation and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage emails, phone calls, and scheduling with professionalism.
• Follow instructions accurately and execute tasks with reliability.
• Maintain trackers, records, and project documentation using MS Word and Excel.
• Conduct internet research and data mining to support project development and team-building activities.
• Assist in coordination across teams and ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide administrative and creative support to the Creative Producer on various tasks.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (freshers welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
• Curious and eager to learn about media, film, and digital content production.
• Confident personality with a collaborative attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.05 per month
