• Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Production & Quality Manager to lead and manage end-to-end operations in our Coconut Milk & Coconut Powder division. The role requires strong expertise in food processing, quality assurance, and compliance with food safety standards. The manager will oversee production efficiency, quality control, staff supervision, and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and consistency.

• Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and oversee daily production of coconut milk and coconut powder.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, BRC, GMP).
• Maintain and monitor production schedules to achieve output targets.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes across production stages.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for raw material and packaging needs.
• Supervise, train, and guide production and quality teams to meet company standards.
• Ensure proper equipment sanitation, preventive maintenance, and plant hygiene.
• Conduct process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and reduce wastage.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, quality logs, and audit documentation.
• Manage audits, certifications, and inspections from regulatory authorities and export agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production & quality management in the food & beverage sector, preferably in coconut-based or dairy/plant-based processing.
• Strong knowledge of spray-drying, UHT processing, pasteurization, and aseptic packaging.
• Experience in powder processing and shelf-life management of food products.
• Familiarity with export quality standards and certifications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
