Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production and Quality Manager, located in Valsad. The Production and Quality Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensure strict adherence to quality standards, and enhance production efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising production staff, conducting quality inspections, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining production documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, supervision, and scheduling
• Quality assurance and quality control skills, including conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with standards
• Ability to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to ensure a safe working environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in production documentation and record-keeping
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
• Experience in the instrumentation and manufacturing industry is beneficial
