Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production and Quality Manager based in Valsad. The Production and Quality Manager will oversee the production processes to ensure efficiency, product quality, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include planning and managing production schedules, supervising production teams, enforcing quality assurance practices, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and regulatory protocols. Additionally, the professional will work closely with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality products and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production management, quality assurance practices, and process improvement
• Experience in manufacturing processes, especially in instrumentation valves and fittings
• Technical skills including equipment management and operational troubleshooting
• Effective leadership skills to manage and guide production teams
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to implement process optimization strategies for enhanced efficiency
• Relevant educational qualification in Engineering, Production, or a related field is highly desirable
