Maintenance Executive

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, equipment, and utilities within the plant. Your role involves conducting preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and supporting production efficiency. You will be performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure. It is essential to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues efficiently and ensure minimal downtime by addressing breakdowns promptly. The role requires maintaining records of maintenance activities, including spare parts usage and service schedules. Collaboration with the production team is crucial to ensure equipment availability and efficiency. Additionally, you will assist in installing new machinery, modifications, and upgrades as needed. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering and possess 2-5 years of experience in maintenance work, preferably in a food & beverage manufacturing plant. Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems are required, and hands-on experience in PLC, motors, pumps, conveyors, and utility systems (compressors, boilers, chillers, etc.) would be advantageous.
