Role Description
The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all production activities related to coconut-based products such as virgin coconut oil, coconut milk, desiccated coconut, and other derivatives. The role includes ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining product quality, meeting production targets, minimizing waste, and adhering to food safety standards (FSSAI, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP).
Qualifications
Education: B.Tech / MTech in Food Technology, Mechanical, or related field
Experience: 7–10 years in food manufacturing, with 3–5 years in a leadership role, preferably in coconut processing/FMCG
Certifications: HACCP, FSSC 22000 knowledge preferred
Job Type: Full-time
