Job Description

Provide strategic leadership and vision for the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
Willingness to embrace failures and learn from them
Curiosity and passion for continuous learning and a receptiveness to candid feedback
High adaptability to change and being comfortable with ambiguity
Keen attention to detail, analytical prowess, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
User Centric Design - Ability to conduct in-depth customer research, analyse feedback, and translate insights into actionable product strategies
Knowledge of industry best practices in user-centric design and iterative development
Excellent communication skills to convey product vision, priorities, and objectives to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding
Prior experience of leading/being a key member of a high performance design team in B2C fintech/ecommerce/digital startup is preferred
With a major part being in UI/UX design
