Total AI Systems, Inc. is building a cutting-edge debt collection platform powered by automation and AI. We’re looking for sharp and proactive Product Owner to drive end-to-end product success across modules in our SaaS platform. If you thrive at the intersection of business needs, technical feasibility, and execution—this role is for you. As a Product Owner , you’ll take full ownership of a technical team made up of 3-5 developer and 1-2 QA people. You’ll act as the voice of the customer and the business—translating needs into actionable product requirements and working closely with engineering, QA, and design to deliver high-impact features. Executing all scrum activities and driving the team on a daily basis to achieve business goals. You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, customer success, and clients to ensure that what we build truly solves problems and adds value. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role that demands structured thinking, clear communication, and delivery focus. Key Responsibilities Ownership of delivering the roadmap Managing the backlog, and ensuring overall quality Lead backlog grooming, user story creation, and sprint planning Translate customer and business requirements into clear workflows, and use cases Prioritize features and bugs based on impact, feasibility, and urgency Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design to ensure feature quality and readiness Conduct discovery sessions, UATs, and feedback loops with internal teams and customers Manage product documentation, release notes, and communication around updates Represent product in cross-functional meetings and ensure clarity across stakeholders Balance technical trade-offs with business goals during development Requirements 5–7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role within SaaS or technical environments 2–4 years of direct experience managing product lifecycle from planning to release Familiarity with debt collection, financial services, or compliance-heavy products is a big plus Experience using tools like ClickUp, Jira, Figma, Visio and documentation platforms Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Able to write clear, actionable user stories, and acceptance criteria Strong understanding of agile methodologies and working with remote development teams Technically comfortable, able to discuss feasibility with engineers and articulate trade-offs Strong ownership mindset, can operate with limited supervision and drive delivery Flexibility to work overlapping hours with U.S. teams when needed Show more Show less
