Product Owner

About the Role
As a Product Owner at goFLUENT, you will drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of impactful products that meet customer needs and support our global learning mission. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, own the product roadmap, and ensure smooth, successful execution from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery and ensure customer satisfaction

• Define product features based on user needs and business goals

• Manage client expectations and project scope throughout the lifecycle

• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and design teams

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog

• Support teams during development, testing, and release

• Conduct product demos, gather feedback, and refine the product iteratively

• Monitor product performance, analytics, and customer insights

• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership
