As a Product Owner at Deriviz team in Good Methods Global Inc, you will play a key role in driving the vision, development, and delivery of intelligent platform features for enhancing automation, insight, and efficiency for our clients in the dental industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and communicating a strategic product vision and roadmap aligned with market trends, dental industry needs, and CareStack objectives. - Translating customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable platform enhancements to address real-world workflow challenges in dental practices. - Owning and maintaining the product backlog, crafting clear user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing features, and ensuring the roadmap drives measurable business impact. - Leading agile ceremonies for rapid, iterative development and seamless cross-functional delivery. - Collaborating across engineering, data science, UX, and business teams to design secure, scalable solutions supporting automation, analytics, and next-gen workflows. - Managing the release process and supporting rollout strategies, including platform enablement and go-to-market for new features. - Tracking adoption, gathering stakeholder feedback through releases and demos, and iterating solutions using KPIs from user engagement, satisfaction, and business outcomes. - Championing client-centricity by balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, and the end-user experience. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline. - 3-5 years of product management or product ownership experience in SaaS, healthcare, or data platforms. - Technical fluency in data architecture, AI/ML, and/or cloud infrastructure is desirable. - Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to build consensus and simplify complex ideas. - Experience collaborating with distributed, multi-disciplinary teams in a high-growth environment. Preferred skills for this role may include prior exposure to healthcare, dental SaaS, automation, or AI solutions for enterprise platforms, a strategic and data-driven approach to product development and release management, as well as hands-on experience launching new platform features, rapid MVP delivery, and agile iteration cycles.
