Job Description

Product Owner

CTC offered: Upto 30 lpa

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership to define long-term product strategy and vision.
Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify key opportunities.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.
Drive requirement definition, user experience design, and product roadmap.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and facilitate efficient development cycles.
Manage project priorities, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
Participate in product launches, messaging, positioning, and performance monitoring.
Influence strategy and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Technical Understanding:

Strong understanding of Managed File Transfer (MFT) technologies, secure protocols, and integration patterns.
Ability to engage in technical discussions and understand implications of product decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably with MFT or related solutions.
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments (Scrum, Kanban, SDLC management, sprint planning).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with product management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Aha!)
