The ideal person in this role can:
· Configure and maintain Aha! Roadmaps workspaces, user permissions, workflows, and integrations (e.g., Jira, Slack, Salesforce).
· Establish and enforce data standards (naming conventions, field usage, status definitions).
· Manage release templates, custom fields, and automation rules.
· Monitor usage patterns, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
· Build and maintain roadmap, portfolio, and capacity reports in Aha! for leadership and stakeholders.
· Ensure all reporting data is accurate, complete, and aligned with KPIs.
· Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and other stakeholders on cross-functional reporting needs.
· Conduct regular audits of features, initiatives, releases, and custom fields.
· Identify and clean up duplicate, incomplete, or outdated data.
· Document and socialize governance processes to ensure ongoing quality.
· Standardize PM workflows, templates, and best practices across product lines.
· Support cross-product portfolio planning sessions.
· Assist with tool onboarding and training for new hires.
· Coordinate quarterly/annual roadmap updates with stakeholders.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
