• Product Development

  : Work closely with the production teams to develop new products and samples

• Buyer Communication:

   Act as the primary point of contact between buyers and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding product specifications, approvals, and delivery schedules.

• Time and Action (T&A) Calendar:

   Develop and manage T&A plans to monitor the progress of orders, ensuring on-time delivery.

• Sampling Coordination:

   Oversee the development of samples, including proto, fit, size set, and pre-production samples, ensuring buyer approvals are obtained promptly.

• Material Management:

   Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) based on tech packs and coordinate with the sourcing team for timely procurement of fabrics, trims, and accessories.

• Market Analysis

  : Research market trends and competitor products to ensure the company remains competitive.

• Cost Management

  : Analyse costs and manage budgets to maximize profitability.

• Production Oversight:

   Monitor the production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Conduct pre-production meetings to align all stakeholders.

• Quality Assurance:

   Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet buyer specifications and standards.

• Logistics Coordination:

   Manage the dispatch process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely shipment of goods.

• Sales Monitoring

  : Track product performance and provide feedback for adjustments or improvements.

• Documentation:

   Maintain comprehensive records of all communications, approvals, and production milestones.

• Reporting

  : Provide regular reports on inventory, sales performance, and production status to management.

• Coordinate with

  QA/QC teams

  for inline and final inspections.

• Check that garments adhere to

  Tech Pack specifications

  and buyer requirements.

• Maintain records of

  inspection reports, testing, and approvals
