Job Summary:   We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering effective product/service solutions.   Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead Generation & Acquisition ·        Identify and acquire potential leads through online research, cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM tools. ·        Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on marketing-generated leads. ·        Maintain and update lead databases and CRM with accurate information. 🔹 Sales Outreach & Conversion ·        Initiate outbound calls, emails, and meetings with potential customers. ·        Pitch the company’s products/services effectively and handle initial objections. ·        Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. ·        Convert qualified leads into clients through strong follow-up and relationship building. 🔹 Client Coordination ·        Schedule product demos, sales presentations, or field visits as required. ·        Maintain ongoing communication with prospects until the deal is closed. ·        Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. 🔹 Reporting & Documentation ·        Maintain daily reports of outreach and follow-up status. ·        Share weekly and monthly sales performance and lead pipeline updates. ·        Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for improvement.   Required Skills: ·        Strong verbal and written communication skills. ·        Good understanding of sales strategies and customer psychology. ·        Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace. ·        Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. ·        Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills.   Qualifications & Experience: ·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. ·        1 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or inside sales.   Soft Skills: ·        Self-motivated and proactive approach. ·        Quick learner and adaptable to fast-paced environments. ·        Excellent organizational and time management skills.
