Key Responsibilities:


  • WhatsApp Bot Creation:

     

Design, build, and maintain WhatsApp automation flows. 

Collaborate with the marketing team to align bot messaging with campaign objectives. 

Monitor bot performance and optimize for engagement and conversions. 

  • Retention Marketing Campaigns:

     

Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and other channels. 

Segment audiences and create personalized messaging to improve customer engagement. 

Track campaign performance and provide insights for optimization. 

  • Landing Page Execution:

     

Build and update landing pages using platforms like [Unbounce/WordPress/HubSpot/etc.]. 

Ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions, speed, and responsiveness. 

Collaborate with the design and content team for seamless execution.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools (WhatsApp Business API, HubSpot, etc.) 
  • Familiarity with landing page builders and CMS platforms. 
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 
  • Analytical mindset and ability to track and report performance metrics. 
  • Self-starter attitude with willingness to learn new technologies and tools. 


Nice to Have:


  • Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools. 
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page customization.
