customer experience, operations, and digital flows

, this role is for you.You’ll thrive in this role if you:Are passionate about pets and deeply empathetic towards pet parents.Have hands-on experience with digital service flows (e.g., booking, scheduling, availability management, live sessions, CRM integrations).Can analyze customer behavior, generate insights, and design experiments to optimize user journeys.Enjoy collaborating across teams while owning outcomes end-to-end.Value
