Job Description

Doctor Engagement & Medical Marketing

Build and execute doctor engagement strategies through CMEs, medical camps, webinars, and scientific communication.
Develop scientific marketing tools such as visual aids, product monographs, clinical support material, and ensure their effective usage by the field force.
Collaborate with the Medical Affairs team to ensure evidence-based communication.
Strengthen KOL (Key Opinion Leader) connect and drive advocacy for the brand portfolio.

Retail & Trade Marketing

Plan and execute retail visibility campaigns, including POS materials, branding, and display activities.
Drive in-clinic and pharmacy-level activations to increase product off-take.
Monitor secondary sales trends and provide marketing support to distributors/stockists.
Ensure effective ROI from retail promotions and schemes.

BTL Activities & Brand Building

Design and execute BTL campaigns like health camps, patient awareness programs, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
Plan doctor-patient connect initiatives to build trust and product adoption.
Develop patient education materials, digital assets, and interactive marketing solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
