Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

About The Role

• Define and own the product roadmap for our SaaS platform tailored to the engineering market.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market
  

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Utilize agile and Scrum methodologies to manage product development cycles, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze product performance and user behavior through product analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions and optimize user experience.
• Develop business cases, product requirements documents (PRDs), and user stories that clearly communicate the product vision and functionality.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for user needs and driving product improvements.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the product & Skills :
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or digital product environments,
  

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other product development methodologies.
• Proven experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer-centric product
  

• Proficient in product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or
