Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product development and enhancement for B2C platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver impactful product features.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business growth and customer needs.
• Analyze user data and feedback to optimize conversion rates and retention.
• Implement growth strategies that directly contribute to revenue and engagement goals.
• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure seamless product strategy execution.
• Stay current on wellness, health tech, and emerging digital trends to influence product innovation.
• Ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of assigned product lines.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferred.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in product engineering or product management roles, preferably in wellness or health tech industries. Also preferred to have experience working in a startup.
• Proven experience in B2C product environments with a focus on growth and conversion optimization.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-impact digital experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
