Product Manager

As a Product Growth Manager for the Data & AI category programs at Simplilearn, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation to sunset. This role focuses more on category product management rather than traditional tech product management, though it includes significant aspects of product management as well.

You will create program structures based on market demand, competition and the latest industry trends. You will ensure content quality and relevance, drive the go-to-market strategy, and monitor and ensure the contribution margin of the programs. In addition, You will own the product positioning, lead initiatives for Growth, and be accountable for Category growth. Overall, end-to-end responsibility of the category including PnL indicators

Key Responsibilities:

Category Ownership and Performance:

● Track PnL KPIs (enrollment, revenue, engagement, margins) and ensure targets are met

● Analyze marketing performance and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies

● Ensure accurate product positioning through engaging website content and marketing assets

Product Development:

● Conduct market research in Data & AI field

● Create program structures balancing learner outcomes and constraints

● Collaborate with experts to develop market-aligned content

● Ensure curriculum relevance and manage programs and assets on backend

Content Quality:

● Oversee course materials, projects, and assessments

Go-to-Market Strategy:

● Develop and execute GTM plans for new programs

● Collaborate cross-functionally to create compelling positioning and marketing assets

Qualifications:

● 4+ years in product management or similar role, preferably in education

● Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

● Excellent communication and project management abilities
