Job Description: Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Company

Position: Product Manager
Number of Openings: 10
Experience Required: 8–10 years in pharmaceutical product management
Age Limit: 35 – 50 years
CTC: ₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Transfer Policy: Candidates may be transferred from their base location as per company requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Management:

o Develop and implement product strategies for assigned pharmaceutical brands.

o Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

o Plan and execute product life cycle management, including new product launches and repositioning.

2. Sales & Marketing Support:

o Work closely with the sales team to provide product training and promotional strategies.

o Develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales aids for field teams.

o Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine strategies.

3. Brand Positioning & Market Expansion:

o Ensure strong brand positioning through effective marketing and communication strategies.

o Identify new market opportunities and expansion possibilities.

o Collaborate with medical experts and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for brand endorsements.

4. Cross-functional Coordination:

o Coordinate with the production, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.

o Work with the R&D team to develop and improve product formulations based on market needs.

o Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.

5. Budgeting & Financial Planning:

o Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

o Ensure cost-effective marketing strategies to maximize ROI.

o Monitor product profitability and pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / MBA in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management preferred.

· Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in pharmaceutical product management, with experience in brand building and marketing.

· Skills:

o Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

o Excellent communication and presentation skills.

o In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing trends and competitive analysis.

o Proficiency in MS Office and market research tools.

o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
