What You’ll Do

Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Own and redefine the product vision and positioning to better resonate with target personas
  • Lead structured 

    product discovery efforts

     using design thinking and lean experimentation
  • Conduct ongoing 

    competitive benchmarking and market research

     to identify trends, white spaces, and positioning opportunities
  • Drive product strategy, feature roadmap, and release planning in line with company goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and marketing to deliver product enhancements.
  • Interview current customers (O&M Engineers, Asset Managers, etc.) to map pain points and align solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams to define 

    AI-first features

  • Define success metrics and track usage/adoption/retention KPIs to guide product decisions.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align roadmap with business objectives.
  • Contribute to customer-facing messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.



Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in 

    product management

    , ideally in a 

    B2B SaaS

     or 

    analytics

     platform.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, user research, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
  • Background in 

    Solar PV, Wind, BESS

    , or energy technology is a strong plus—but not a must.
