As a Product Manager for our U.S.-based client, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for medical products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with U.S. market expectations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in India and the U.S. Here's what you can expect: **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage product setup, updates, and phase-outs to ensure smooth operations throughout the product lifecycle. - Oversee the accuracy of product data and maintain consistent updates across systems and platforms. - Generate, analyze, and maintain reports on product performance, pricing, sales trends, and competitive benchmarks. - Provide insights and recommendations to U.S. leadership based on data analysis. - Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor product KPIs effectively. - Conduct competitive and market analysis, particularly within the ophthalmology sector. - Support the development of pricing strategies aligned with U.S. market needs and profitability goals. - Maintain product information, descriptions, specifications, and usage details across internal and customer-facing platforms. - Manage product listings on websites and digital catalogs to ensure accuracy and a strong user experience. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, sales, and customer service teams in both India and the U.S. - Assist in creating product training materials and resources to enhance knowledge of ophthalmology products. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or ophthalmology. - Strong experience in product reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring. - Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
