Tata Communications Redefines Connectivity with Innovation and IntelligenceDriving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services and Network services, we at Tata Communications are envisaging a New World of CommunicationsThe role is responsible for the performance of the product and the KPI s related to the product in Hybrid Network Services in Cloud Interconnect and SDCI domain. The incumbent will work closely with multi-functional areas, including sales, pricing, marketing, legal, compliance, and risk for the purpose of product management, development, product enhancement, release, or product positioning. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results for the product. The role need interfacing both development and customers to enhance product features and solution to customer requirement.

Responsibilities

Drive execution of product strategy, Development and expansion of product footprintFacilitating and being accountable for daily standups, sprint planning, and demos in a highly agile team environment.Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are met. working with presales to develop and enhance Customer's cloud connectivity requirements. work on SPR ( Special product request)Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.Creating and managing product manuals, user manuals, architecture diagrams, sequence flow diagrams and workflows specific to the regionCoordinating product releases with marketing, sales, and sales support

Minimum Qualification & Experience

marketing or Product Management experience is a plus.product management/sales related experienceKnowledge of SDCI will be added advantageDesired Skill setsgood understanding of CSPs like AWS, AZure, GCP, Oracle etc.Understanding of SaaS and PaaS developmentExpousre with presales and customer requirement understandingIntermediate experience in managing elements of the product development lifecycle.Good in productivity tools like MS word, Excel, Power-point
