Product Manager - Hybrid Connectivity Services

The role is responsible for the performance of the product and the KPIs related to the product in Hybrid Network Services in Cloud Interconnect and SDCI domain. You will work closely with multi-functional areas, including sales, pricing, marketing, legal, compliance, and risk for the purpose of product management, development, product enhancement, release, or product positioning. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have a direct impact on the achievement of results for the product. You will need to interface with both development and customers to enhance product features and solutions to customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include driving the execution of the product strategy, development, and expansion of the product footprint. You will be facilitating and being accountable for daily standups, sprint planning, and demos in a highly agile team environment. Working closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources. You will analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are met, working with presales to develop and enhance customer's cloud connectivity requirements and work on SPR (Special Product Request). Additionally, you will develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Your role will involve creating and managing product manuals, user manuals, architecture diagrams, sequence flow diagrams, and workflows specific to the region. You will also be coordinating product releases with marketing, sales, and sales support. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: - Marketing or Product Management experience is a plus - Product management/sales related experience - Knowledge of SDCI will be an added advantage Desired Skill Sets: - Good understanding of CSPs like AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, etc. - Understanding of SaaS and PaaS development - Exposure to presales and customer requirement understanding - Intermediate experience in managing elements of the product development lifecycle - Proficient in productivity tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
