We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy by analyzing data, understanding user behavior, creating and optimizing product funnels, and providing actionable insights. Key Requirements - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as PM in mobile and web development Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or Statistics Solid critical thinking, problem solving & data analysis skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, cross functional org structure Conduct user research and gather requirements from different stakeholders - sales, marketing, customer service, and other relevant departments. Use data-driven insights to guide product improvements and decisions. Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria's, facilitate agile ceremonies to guide product development. Manage product backlogs and balance the needs and priorities of various stakeholders Experience with Google Analytics, JIRA and SQL People with working experience in startups or from Travel industry will be preferred.
