Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager located in Gurgaon with some work from home flexibility. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of financial products. Your day-to-day tasks will include defining product requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing product features, and ensuring timely delivery of product updates. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, gathering customer feedback, and making data-driven decisions to enhance the product offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Project Management, and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and market research
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of banking, financial services, or fintech industries
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in AI, cloud-native technologies, or related fields is a plus
