Responsibilities

• Lead Product Vision and Mission development to align with business goals
• Drive Product Development and manage lifecycle from concept through launch
• Act as a liaison between Market demands and Business objectives
• Design Product and Service frameworks that meet client needs
• Develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies
• Conduct Business Modeling and Financial analysis for product initiatives
• Manage Product Roadmaps ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• Oversee Risk Management and mitigation practices
• Perform Market and Competitor Analysis to inform product decisions
• Manage Product Backlog and Change Control processes
• Define and track Product Success Metrics
• Apply Agile Delivery methodologies to enhance product delivery
• Incorporate AI models to improve productivity in Product Management tasks
• Develop AI-based Product solutions as part of Product strategy

Requirements

• Extensive experience of 16+ years in Product Ownership and Product Management
• Proven expertise in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, or Life Sciences industries
• Strong skills in Business Process Management, Wireframing, and Mockup Design
• Competency in managing Product Roadmaps and lifecycle
• Experience in Risk Management and mitigation strategies
• Ability to analyze Market trends and Competitor activity
• Skills in Backlog and Change Management
• Proficiency in defining and tracking Product Success Metrics
• Knowledge of Agile Delivery methodologies
• Experience in leveraging AI technologies for Product Management
• Capability to develop AI solutions within Product Management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and analytical thinking
