CodeWithSense is an innovative technology consulting firm delivering AI-powered products, scalable web/mobile solutions, and dedicated engineering teams for clients across FinTech, FoodTech, e-commerce, and Healthcare.

Product Manager

Responsibilities

Define and own
product roadmaps
aligned with client and company goals.
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed
user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria
.
Collaborate with
engineering, design, and business teams
to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Conduct
market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews
to inform product decisions.
Drive
product discovery and validation
through rapid prototyping, MVPs, and feedback loops.
Track product
KPIs, adoption, and customer satisfaction
, using data-driven insights to prioritize enhancements.
Run
Agile/Scrum rituals
—backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure timely
delivery of releases
with high quality and alignment to client expectations.
Act as the primary
point of contact
for product-related queries with internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

4+ years of proven experience as a
Product Manager
in software/IT services.
Strong understanding of
Agile product development
and
Scrum methodologies
.
Ability to break down complex problems into simple, executable product features.
Excellent communication skills - able to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with comfort in
data analysis and reporting
.
Demonstrated ability to manage
end-to-end product lifecycle
(ideation → launch → scale).

Preferred Skills

Experience working on
AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise-grade software products
.
Familiarity with
tools like JIRA, Trello, Figma, Miro, Confluence
.
Exposure to
UI/UX principles
and ability to collaborate closely with design teams.
Understanding of
APIs, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and technical architectures
.
Experience in
client-facing roles
, handling multiple stakeholders.
