As a Product Manager, we're looking for someone who enjoys getting into technical details while also

shaping the overall strategy. Both technical expertise and the capacity to influence diverse stakeholders

are crucial for success in this role. Scaling our platforms, unlocking innovation, and delivering efficiencies

with our partners are key objectives for this role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of our users, their aspirations and be the internal domain expert.

• Manage and resolve technical issues related to client integrations, acting as the primary point

of contact.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities that strengthen

and differentiate our offerings. Make Shadowfax the most preferred platform for freelancers

looking to work in the logistics sector.

• Engage with clients regularly to gather feedback and ensure our products are meeting their

needs.

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of APIs to ensure they meet business and

technical requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable, and secure API solutions.

• Prioritise projects, lead product initiatives and ship features. Measure impact and share learnings

with the team.

• Lead development of central capabilities in our Partner App.

Qualifications

• Overall 2-5 years of experience with at least 2+ years in Product Function at a Technology

Company

• Experience in Mobile App Product Management with focus on enhancing experience and

improving funnel conversions.

• Experience in Logistics/E-commerce/Retail/Fintech is highly preferred or any other

domain.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Strong customer orientation, with a track record of successfully delivering products that meet

client needs and drive business value.

• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), data analytics platforms (SQL

& Excel), and API management tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A keen eye for details and ability to hustle and execute fast.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Should have an ability to dive into data, do customer
