Product Manager

Location: Indore

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Product Management

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout product lifecycle, including prioritizing and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into product strategy.
• Own the product roadmap.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and commonly used tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Experience creating customer journey maps to define end-to-end customer experiences
• Execute product strategy.
• Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market.
• Plan and carry out product launches.
• Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case.
• Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and massages
• Support the Product Owner and Product Marketer with any questions they may have.
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.

Qualifications

• Have a mix of startup and big company experience, and are familiar with the opportunities and challenges in a high-growth environment
• Experience with CRM and/or Point-of-Sale
• Experience with tax automation products, eCommerce platforms, and other financial systems
• Experience working with a teams developing against API(s) or API based products
• Experience working with 3rd party developers
