Role: Product Manager – Acute Therapy Qualification : Life Science background + MBA + Digital course (preferable) Reports to: Head Sales & Marketing Location: Govandi (East), Mumbai (alternate Saturday working) About Team: We have a 300 Cr plus portfolio , currently we are managing through channel intervention and digital promotion. Now we want to expand our promotion to more products through digital channels and are exploring other channels (f2f) as well to expand this portfolio sales. We are looking for a SPM or PM with proven capabilities of digital promotion and channel marketing. Revenue wise its one of the biggest teams within USV. It has a stable sales team ( lowest attrition) and consistent performance track record. Major Job Responsibilities: Product Management Candidate will be responsible for handling marketing function of Acute Segment Responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands. Prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative. Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization. Customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products. Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders. Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring. Coordination with all support functions for effective implementation of marketing strategy. Channel Marketing Creating channel strategy including promotion plan Carving out appropriate commercial interventions ( taxonomies/discounts) Creating Marketing communication plan for channel stakeholders Carving out Tracking competition in channel Developing channel specific marketing campaigns and activities to drive growth Analysis emerging channel trends and developing strategy accordingly Developing analytics of channel behavior and competitors move Coordinating with Sales team to drive execution of strategy Creating monthly analysis of performance and review mechanism Creating both short term and long terms channel strategy plan Conducting pilot programs as per evolving business need and strategy Digital Marketing Analyzing currently running Digital strategy and constantly improving as per need Market analysis of digital strategies and adopting successful ones Identifying best suited products in portfolio for digital promotion focus Creating tailor made digital strategies basis channel analysis of each focus brand Identifying vendors , analyzing their strengths and weaknesses and best suited offerings Creating a robust tracking mechanism of our digital marketing Identifying and putting in place appropriate KPIs to track our digital campaigns Doing monthly ROI analysis of our digital campaigns Monthly correlation analysis of digital campaigns with internal and external sales data points Desired Candidate Profile Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self motivation, creativity Candidate should be excellent in communication Someone who has demonstrated ability in channel and digital marketing We need person with growth mindset and we are willing to invest and support
