Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager- General Trade(GT) South Zone : Karnataka, Kerala, AP, TN Reporting to: GM- Sales (General Trade) Location- Bangalore Sebamed India is a leading skincare brand that offers dermatologist-recommended products formulated with a pH of 5.5 to support the skin's natural protective barrier. As part of the global Sebamed brand, which originated in Germany over 50 years ago, Sebamed India provides a range of personal care products for skin, hair, and baby care. https://www.sebamedindia.com/ Your role: Build Sales and distribution in your respective Region/ Zone. Achieve Annual Sales targets keeping trade budgets under control. Responsible for a team of ASM, TSM and exclusive DSRs. Job Responsibilities: To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the entire region. Provide strategic direction to the ASMs thereby driving growth for respective sales areas. Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans. Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through RTM. Ensure effective New product introductions through effective RTM. Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade Marketing resources. Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance & forecast accuracy. Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness in the areas of Customer Management / Meeting Effectiveness and Field Implementation. Managing stockist and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues, minimizing stockist and field force attrition. Monitor competitor activity - anticipate and develop strategies to counter competition's efforts Facilitate compliance to corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active communication and control mechanisms. Key Skills Strong communication & negotiation skills and with an approach of leading. Should have experience handing second level managers, namely ASM/Sr. ASM Smart Knowledge of particular area with good brand only Should be open for traveling and should have good networking presentation and team management skills. Work Experience:- 8-15 years- experience in sales, business development, operations, relationship building, strategic planning, channel management and team management in the FMCG sector. Sales experience in at-least 2 states or sales areas. Industry: FMCG ( Personal care / Cosmeceuticals)
