Job Description

Role Overview

As a Product Manager / Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping requirements and ensuring successful delivery of digital initiatives. You will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements and oversee execution through the delivery lifecycle.This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare process flows, functional specifications, wireframes, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to clarify requirements and support development.
  • Manage intake and execution of digital campaigns and product enhancements across consumer channels.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), including creation of test cases and validation of outcomes.
  • Track project progress, escalate issues, and ensure timely delivery of agreed requirements.
  • Validate delivered solutions against requirements and coordinate defect resolution.
  • Support post-launch monitoring and reporting on solution performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Science, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager, with at least 2+ years in a client-facing, consulting, or consumer applications domain.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and delivery coordination.
  • Strong expertise in writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; ability to lead requirement workshops and independently guide cross-functional teams through refinement process.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma (nice to have).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and proactively raise awareness of impediments to progress.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on ability in data analysis (Excel, SQL, BI tools preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in consulting or client-facing roles.
  • Experience in consumer applications domains (restaurants and dining, retail, e-commerce, digital ordering platforms, order management).
  • Exposure to digital transformation projects, omni-channel execution, or personalization.
  • Familiarity with marketing program operations and campaign performance tracking.
  • Comfortability guiding software development for both web applications and mobile applications.
  • Certifications: CSPO, Pragmatic Institute PM, or Agile-related certifications (preferred)
