As a Product Management Intern at Grid OS, you will play an integral role in driving the development, documentation, and delivery of our hardware and electronics products. This position blends research, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving, demanding both strategic insight and meticulous attention to detail. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — including engineering, design, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on products, market trends, and competitors to support product planning and strategy.
• Assist in creating and maintaining product requirement documents (PRDs), feature specifications, and process documentation using advanced Word and Excel.
• Prepare structured, visually appealing presentations and reports using advanced PowerPoint for internal reviews and stakeholder communication.
• Work with technical teams to gather and analyze data, identify key insights, and track product performance metrics.
• Support product launches by coordinating documentation, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
• Ensure that all product documentation and materials are clear, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
• Continuously refine and improve documentation and workflows based on feedback and evolving requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Keen interest in product management, technology, and hardware/electronics systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to learn and take ownership.

Good to Have:

• Background or education in electronics, engineering, or related technical fields.
• Previous experience in product management, market research, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, or product road mapping software.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
