What would you do?
The Brand & Product Specialist is responsible for managing and ensuring excellence in brand and product space, driving product innovation, and executing product management for the portfolio. The role acts as the local interface for global and regional teams, aligning the product needs with global brand strategies while ensuring compliance and optimal customer engagement. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Deep connected product and system design understanding to design new solution requirements (i.e. materials, dimensions, user interactions, etc.) and manage the processes related to the customer requirements for a product (definition, related decisions, realization, etc.) along the entire PLM.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Analytical skills for insights generation and KPI measurement. Experience & Education: (No changes as provided at the time of joining Spielberg Project) Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, product management, or marketing, preferably within the energy or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of managing successful brand and product strategies in a competitive market.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with sustainability-driven branding and product practices. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or certifications in branding, product management, or digital marketing (preferred). Roles and Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: 1. Brand and Portfolio Strategy:
- Drive product launch delivery of managed portfolio across Vietnam and/or Cambodia market by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Plans for, and drives product introductions, portfolio changes, and lifecycle management.
- Deliver end-to-end Product Management including cross functional stakeholder engagement
- Participate in monthly PMR meetings to provide relevant updates 2. Product Prioritization:
- Create product prioritization matrix for MCO, PCO, CVO and industrial space
- Work and align closely with space managers to get product launch related data
- Conduct monthly meetings with Jeri along with respective space leads for key product launch related discussions 3. Project Status Visualization Tracker:
- Create project status visualization tracker for all four spaces
- Identify the current phase for each project and highlight the respective status (On time, delay, out of time, yet to start along with launch time) by working closely with respective space managers
- Provide high level status to Jeri (completed, running and to start) along with potential barriers to overcome 4. Platform Management:
- Manage and own end to end process flow specially around marketing phase involving streamline stage (product requirement details to launch)
- Platform ownership for all launch and exit related products on Streamline and fusion related platforms 5. Labeling Optimization:
- Work with local Vietnam agency for artwork and design related files for VN translation work
- Collate all challenges and potential pain points highlighted by space leads and then share with agency
- Work closely with the assigned designer dedicated for BP work going forward
- In future this part may involve Accenture HUB team for all design & artwork related requirement
