Role & Responsibilities:

Support in executing strategic business transformation initiatives in domain of Lending and Credit Solution
Gather requirements from Product Owners and end users, translating them into user stories, business requirement documents, ensures alignment with stakeholder needs
Conducts analysis of current business processes, identifies inefficiencies, focus on continuous improvement, process reengineering translated to target operating model and provides datadriven recommendations for optimizations.
Conduct data gathering, analyze and prepare data driven insights, review design and functional specifications and solutions against business requirements and operational processes
Ensures artifacts and deliverables meet project management standards for all transformation projects
Assist Programme Manager with project planning, coordination, issue resolution, and executive updates
Collaborate with Business/Technology Owners to ensure value creation and operational efficiency
Work with technology teams and vendors to resolve system issues effectively and timely
Manage risks, issues, and conflicts, removes barriers, resolves minor project issues and escalates to management when necessary
Ensure engagement with business integrity, process owners, control functions e.g. legal, compliance, risk management, product control, treasury and finance as determined by implications of the change
