Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Product Lead (New Initiatives) who can transform ideas into impactful products. In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team to conceptualize, design, and launch new product lines. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end — from strategy and research to execution and iteration — ensuring that every solution we build is user-centric, scalable, and aligned with our mission to reshape credit in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products.

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and measurable success metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Data, Marketing, Operations) to deliver solutions.

• Translate customer insights into innovative product features and seamless experiences.

• Drive product execution from ideation to launch and beyond.

• Monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on feedback and data.

• Bring fresh, creative ideas inspired by fintech trends and global innovations.

Eligibility & Requirements

• B.Tech/BS/Integrated degree from IITs (all disciplines welcome).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• High sense of ownership with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Passion for fintech, startups, and building meaningful products.

• Prior experience in product, consulting, or startup environments (through projects or internships) is a plus.
