Product Intern – Product Design & Product Management | Global AI-Powered Tech Talent Platform

We’re hiring multiple Product Interns at SkillsCapital who will work directly with the founding team on both product design and product management tasks. You’ll help design screens, map workflows, define feature specs, and support product rollout — across our AI-Powered Talent Cloud, Vetting Engine, Consultant Portal, and Client Dashboard.

This is a high-exposure, hands-on internship — ideal for someone who’s curious about both UX/UI and PM, and wants to build a strong foundation across both disciplines.

What You’ll Work On

• Work with the product team to define features, user flows, and wireframes
• Help translate functional requirements into Figma mockups and design specs
• Create and manage product documentation, release notes, and QA checklists
• Contribute to prioritization and backlog grooming with feedback from internal teams
• Conduct quick research or benchmarking for new modules or flows
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sourcing teams to push releases
• Learn both product strategy and execution — not just design or docs

Who Should Apply

• Students, freshers, or recent grads interested in product design or product management
• Strong written communication and structured thinking skills
• Some experience using tools like Figma, Notion, Miro, or Trello
• Curious, reliable, organized, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup
• Bonus: background in tech, business, or design — but not mandatory
• A high-ownership mindset and willingness to work directly with founders
