Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

• Business Development:

1. Identify and target new Clients in Domestic & international markets.
2. Develop Domestic Market, Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve targets
3. Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business goals.

• Client Relationship Management:

1. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing overseas clients.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for domestic and export customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Sales & Marketing Activities:

1. Conduct market research to analyze customer needs and competitor activity.
2. Develop marketing materials and proposals for international clients.

• Export Documentation & Compliance:

1. Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for timely shipments.
2. Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export regulations.
3. Handle LC (Letter of Credit), shipping documents, and other trade paperwork.

• Coordination & Reporting:

1. Liaise with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure order fulfilment.
2. Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
3. Provide regular market feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
