Product Development Manager

Responsibilities:

● Lead the womenswear product development calendar across categories (e.g., tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, etc.)

● Collaborate with design, merchandising, sourcing, and buying teams to align on seasonal direction and category objectives

● Manage tech pack creation, fabric selection, trims, and garment detailing

● Oversee prototyping, sample development, and fit sessions with designers and technical teams

● Ensure the right balance between innovation, brand DNA, and cost efficiency

● Work closely with sourcing teams and suppliers to ensure feasibility, costing, and scalability of designs

● Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of development samples and bulk production

● Oversee fittings and ensure product specifications meet brand quality and fit standards

● Monitor and resolve quality issues during the development stage
