Product Development Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Engineer to join our team in Jalgaon. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical engineering and hands-on experience in factory settings, specifically in new product testing for pumps, motors, gear pumps, engines, and hydraulic products. As a Product Development Engineer, your key responsibilities will include leading the development and testing of new mechanical products in a factory environment. You will be required to conduct performance testing and validation of various products like pumps, motors, gear pumps, engines, and hydraulic systems. It will be essential to interpret and apply industry standards such as IS, BS, ASME, UL, and FM to ensure compliance in product development. You will collaborate closely with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to optimize product performance and reliability. Additionally, conducting failure analysis and implementing corrective actions to enhance product quality will be part of your role. Maintaining detailed technical documentation, reports, and test procedures will also be crucial. Working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery is another key aspect of this position. The ideal candidate should possess 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in product development and testing within a factory environment. A strong knowledge of mechanical components like pumps, motors, gear pumps, and hydraulic products is required. Proficiency in interpreting and implementing industry standards such as IS, BS, ASME, UL, and FM is essential. Additionally, familiarity with mechanical design tools and testing equipment is crucial. The successful candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
