Job Description

As a Product Designer (Growth), you'll be at the frontline of our growth initiatives, obsessed with crafting seamless funnels, onboarding journeys, engagement mechanics, and monetization touchpoints. You'll work closely with Growth PMs, Data Analysts, and Engineers to turn insights into experiments and impact, designing experiences that move business metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth design initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Design and optimize conversion funnels from first touch to long-term love.
  • Run A/B tests, landing page variants, and onboarding experiments to drive measurable uplift.
  • Own key touchpoints: signup flows, profile completion, subscriptions, referrals, and re-engagement.
  • Turn data and behavior insights into high-impact, scalable design solutions.
  • Build templates, frameworks, and patterns for rapid growth experimentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize opportunities and measure impact.
  • Iterate relentlessly, launch, learn, optimize, repeat.
  • Champion a growth design culture, share learnings, and mentor peers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's from top institutes (IIT / BITS / NID).
  • 3-4 years of full-stack product design with proven growth impact.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conversion optimization and growth-led design.
  • Hands-on with A/B testing, data-driven design, and experimentation.
  • Pro in Figma, prototyping tools, and growth measurement platforms.
  • Understanding of subscription models, pricing psychology, and monetization strategies.
  • Experience designing for web + mobile at scale.
  • Analytical mindset with a metrics-to-design approach.
  • Familiarity with user acquisition channels and performance marketing touchpoints.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with subscription-based or marketplace products.
  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) chops.
  • Exposure to international expansion and localization.
  • Experience with AI-powered personalization systems.
